Service was excellent, no doubt about that. Servers were very attentive, coming frequently to add/reduce heat, asking if everything was OK, and even helped remove bubbles (never seen such service in any other hotpot places). Food-wise, I have to agree with the previous poster. Drinks weren't included, even though it's only $2 per drink with free re-fills. Meat, even though we were given more than enough because we ordered every kind, were only allowed once. Too bad for people who may prefer to only get one or two kinds of meat though. The beef and squid meat balls were pretty good, with plenty of vegetables to choose from. The 51 ad mentioned about fruits, but I didn't notice any available. We were also served chocolate and vanilla ice-cream at the end of the meal.

My main dissatisfaction is that they allowed hotpot with 2 different soup base. I asked if there were extra charge if we pick 2 free ones, and they responded no. I still ended up getting charged an extra $6, which was OK if the soup was good. We ordered one with preserved egg and the other satay. Both were pretty tasteless, and we had to keep adding extras from the sauce table. And I personally don't like restaurants which add tips to the bill. The 14% was reasonable given the good service, but not when there was already an unexpected charge for the soup. Overall, the price was reasonable with the voucher, but I would rather opt for the many other alternatives within the same area if paying full price.
