My family went to the one near CN tower after last year's Christmas. It was busy and we had a room for ourselves. The service was good even the food came in late. The manager came in couple times to check us and she was sorry we needed to wait for our food. After we had our food, the manager also came in couple more times to check everything was o.k. At the end, the manager came in again and told me she would take 10% off the bill. I have six kids from 10 to 2 and the waitress still took time listen to them what they wanted and answered their questions. The waitress also kept smiling and kept the table clean (six kids and hard to keep everything in order).
