Bought voucher mostly because I had been here years ago and enjoyed the meal. However things were different on this visit. Not sure whether ownership has changed since? We ordered spare ribs with sesame, and brisket with winter melon hotpot. The spare ribs tasted like it was marinated in ketchup. The sauce was so heavy that I could not at all tasted any freshness in the ribs. Even worse for the brisket hotpot. Who would have expected that it came on the table as a pot of soup ??? If we wanted that, we would have ordered from the soup category! There were only bits and pieces of brisket and winter melon in the pot. Service-wise, the lady just put the bill and change in the next table and expected me to go retrieve it. After the meal, I was OK but my friend got really sick . Never again!
