On weekdays between 8am to 11am and then again between 1:30pm and 4pm is even cheaper at $1.98, and is $2.38 between 11am and 1:30pm. Dimsum has all the basics, enough varieties. You order from the menu and they also push out carts. Same building contains hotpot upstairs and bowling downstairs.
