The black dragon roll was made to order. Others have commented that the original price is inflated. I still believe it's a really good deal. Never have I been able to purchase rolls with such big pieces of unagi (eel) on each piece. The sauce was a bit too salty for my liking, and the shrimp tempura was not fresh, but overall the roll tasted great and is much more filling than the last promo. Would definitely return here for more!

Reading the reviews made me want to come to this place's defense. You cannot compare this with the price at Chinese bakery. This is more expensive for a reason, and you can really taste the freshness and the higher quality of the ingredients! It's silly to review a restaurant serving French cuisine using standards of Chinese dim-sum canteen, and it's the same for bakery. Perhaps the owners being Chinese made people think it's just another Chinese bakery with some fancy, and advertising here ... 更多on this site may have targeted mostly the wrong audience. As for myself, I may seriously consider ordering a birthday cake here sometime in the future.

This is my default place for ginger milk, although the taste varies. Sometimes the ginger is very strong and other times weak. Wish they can stay consistent. Need to explore more on other menu options some day.

I live not far from this place and love their fried chicken legs a lot. Too bad this item is not offered during dinner time. Their hainan chicken is not to be missed either!

This place replaced the original 小渔村活鱼海鲜小馆. We went there to try their clay pot casserole. The basic choice allows for one vegetable, one meat and one seafood item. The casserole was of decent portion, larger than we expected. They must have put shrimp paste in the soup as we can easily taste it and detect MSG content. The casserole was otherwise pretty filling. We also ordered fried chicken wings but it didn't taste fresh, a bit sour even. Probably be back to give another chance.

When it was first opened, the lineup was always long and phone reservations need to be made a few weeks ahead. I was so glad to be able to finally go, but ended up not feeling the food was anything special. Perhaps during the beginning weeks, there were more on the iPad menu. However on the couple of occasions I went, a lot on the menu have since been disabled. There are better places for sushi meals for this price.

Their stinky tofu is the best in Toronto! Also love their beef tendon noodles. Will definitely be back for more!

We didn't get to take full advantage of the voucher as it assumes a double-feature hotpot per person. Instead, we got a double-feature to share between the 2 of us. The voucher also includes a jug of drink each, but I would hate having to pay for all these extras with the normal buffet price. Certain sauce were also extra charge too, which was included in the voucher but we didn't take advantage of either.

In any case, compared to other hotpot places, I find this restaurant offers more var... 更多ieties on meatballs, tofu products, and vegetables. The food all come in good portion size. We were also offered a mix dish of fried products without asking, which was a nice touch during our wait for the hotpot to boil. The servers were frequent in adding tea and soup for us, and always available when we want to order more food. The food arrived in a reasonable speed as well. The manager claimed that all the soup base are made from scratch without MSG, but we were still thirsty throughout the night.

Overall, I enjoy this place and may come back. There are other hotpot restaurants around there offering similar food and buffet price, but with drinks included though; and I'd prefer those better.
